The boundaries are blurred, hybrid IT landscapes are emerging. There is a lot of new challenges for each individual employee. Cooperation in the teams will also change and become more complex: more partners, more virtual teams, new roles and a different organisational structure etc. How to handle all these challenges?<br \/>\nWith a good corporate culture, employees, teams and management can develop the necessary skills to manage these huge changes well, find innovative solutions and work together with joy.
